1. The whole face or the whole body should be visible
Make sure that everything you want to be included is visible on the uploaded picture. For example an ear or a paw might accidentally have been left out
2. Inget som täcker för
Kolla till exempel så att tassarna inte är täckta av gräs om du vill ha en helkroppsbild, eller så att inget täcker ansiktet, undvik bilder där hunden ligger med ansiktet ned i till exempel en soffa
3. Undvik suddiga eller otydliga bilder
Kolla så att detaljerna på din hund syns och inte är suddiga eller otydliga
4. Rätt ljus och inte för långt bort
Undvik bilder som är mörka/skuggade eller har starkt motljus. Fotot bör inte vara fotat från långt håll
En vanlig bild som är tagen med en smartphone fungerar bra!

The item is engraved and shipped from our warehouse in Arlandastad, Stockholm, Sweden.
Returns / Exchanges: Since we engrave your personalized image on the case, the item is not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. Please double-check the phone model before ordering. If you accidentally purchase the wrong model, we will usually help you with a new case at a discounted price.
