If you are not satisfied, you can choose between getting a new, updated and remade case, or full refund!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE YOUR OWN CASE?

After we have agreed on a design and you have paid for your order, you should normally receive the case within 6-14 working days, depending on your location. During this time, your case is both manufactured and shipped

We have the longest shipping time of 19 working days, if the product does not arrive within this time, you can contact us and we will help you. Email us at hello@northones.com

FROM WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

Our warehouse & office is located in Arlandastad, North of Stockholm, Sweden. This is where your case will be finished and shipped from!

    WHERE WILL MY CASE BE DELIVERED?

    In the most common cases, your order is delivered directly to your letterbox with your local Post company.
    Sometimes the Postman can judge the delivery to be too big for your mailbox and then it ships to the nearest agent, you will receive a message that you can pick it up if that is the case

    HOW IS IT SHIPPED?

    Your item is shipped with PostNord from Sweden, when arriving in your country - your local Post-company takes over the shipping of the product

    THE PACKAGING

    When it comes to the packaging, we are happy not to send any unnecessary plastic. 99.9% of our packaging is plastic-free. The delivery note is printed on kraft paper. The product is packed in cardboard or protected by 100% recycled kraft paper. In the cases where we need to use tape, we use tape made from kraft paper and potato starch, or silicone-free paper tape with natural rubber as adhesive

    Do you not want a packing slip or product box included in the delivery?
    - write "no packing slip" or "no product box" in the message field when placing your order
