Logo:
Upload your logo or brand, and we will create a unique case for you or your company!
Please send the logo in the highest possible format you have, preferably vectorized, in one of the following formats (eps, ai, svg, pdf).
If you would like to purchase multiple cases for your company, feel free to mention in the message how many you are interested in for a better price.
Paw Prints:
1. Take a picture of a paw print, it works with prints in snow, sand, or a wet paw on a dry deck. You can also let your dog step in clay and then press the paw onto a white piece of paper.
2. Make sure the paw pads and possibly claws are visible if you want them included.
3. We cannot add or modify the paw, so check that everything you want is in the print you send us.
4. If you want two paw prints, you can send two separate prints, and we will place them next to each other when we create your design. It helps if you mark them as “right” and “left” if they are not in the same image.
A regular picture taken with a smartphone works fine!
Text:
We can write text on the case as you wish. Please include instructions on where you would like it placed on the case and which font you would like to use. You can take a photo of the text with the font you like, and we will find a similar one.
Regular Photos:
We cannot engrave regular photographs, especially not of people. If you have a specific image or motif you are interested in, you can search online and add the keywords “vector” or “silhouette.” This will bring up good options that show what kind of images we need for engraving. They should preferably be black-and-white prints/graphic elements rather than regular photographs.
You can always choose between dark walnut wood or lighter cherry wood.

If you do not actively use a MagSafe holder for your phone, we recommend purchasing a case without built-in MagSafe magnets. It is both cheaper for you and better for the environment. MagSafe chargers still require a cable, and they charge more slowly than the regular lightning-cable.

If you are not satisfied, you can choose between getting a new, updated and remade case, or full refund!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE YOUR OWN CASE?
After we have agreed on a design and you have paid for your order, you should normally receive the case within 6-14 working days, depending on your location. During this time, your case is both manufactured and shipped
We have the longest shipping time of 19 working days, if the product does not arrive within this time, you can contact us and we will help you. Email us at hello@northones.com
FROM WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
Our warehouse & office is located in Arlandastad, North of Stockholm, Sweden. This is where your case will be finished and shipped from!
WHERE WILL MY CASE BE DELIVERED?
In the most common cases, your order is delivered directly to your letterbox with your local Post company.
Sometimes the Postman can judge the delivery to be too big for your mailbox and then it ships to the nearest agent, you will receive a message that you can pick it up if that is the case
HOW IS IT SHIPPED?
Your item is shipped with PostNord from Sweden, when arriving in your country - your local Post-company takes over the shipping of the product
THE PACKAGING
When it comes to the packaging, we are happy not to send any unnecessary plastic. 99.9% of our packaging is plastic-free. The delivery note is printed on kraft paper. The product is packed in cardboard or protected by 100% recycled kraft paper. In the cases where we need to use tape, we use tape made from kraft paper and potato starch, or silicone-free paper tape with natural rubber as adhesive
