Acting as a center - the products are shipped from Canada to Sweden in bulk - meaning if you want a Pela Case and live in or nearby Sweden, we offer the product with lower omissions!
You also get zero or lower toll and faster shipping!
If the product is available, it means we can ship it the same day!
International orders:
For all international orders we offer two alternatives
* Standard shipping, no tracking - Free
* Registered mail, traceable & insured, 1-2days faster - 8.5EUR
No matter your option - if you do not get your order within the following days, we will help you.
(orders made before 15:00, Swedish time)
Norway: 3-5 working days
Finland: 3-4 working days
Denmark: 3-7 working days
Rest of Europe: 3-10 working days
Outside of Europe: 5-14 working days

Sweden:
If you live in Sweden you can count on having the order in your mailbox within two days. We would never let you wait for more than five days! If it would pass the five day mark however, send an email to hello@northones.com and we'll take care of the issue! Phone cases normally fit in the mailbox, but sometimes you'll might have to pick it up at a post office.

* Varubrev, traceable, 1-2days - 15SEK
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DUE TO THE CORONA OUTBREAK:
All orders will be packed in the most efficient way to ensure HOME DELIVERY! All packages will be a maximum och 2,7cm high to fit post boxes and post boxes. We can not guarantee home delivery in all countries but we package all orders to fit the rules for most countries. If you order many cases we will ship them separately to each fit your mailbox.
Returns should be smooth sailing, that's why we offer fast and simple returns for you. All you have to do is send the product back to us and include your name + your order number and we'll refund it for you as fast as we got it!
Since we try to minimize shipments back and forth, we have an policy that we do not offer pre-paid returns. It is simply to make your purchase a little more important.

You can return for products within 14 days (30 days for Pela) after you receive your shipment.
If you want us to arrange a pre-paid return slip against a deduction of 2,5 EUR of your product price, we are happy to offer it, just email us att hello@northones.com to get it!

Orders outside of Europe & non-EU member states
If you are shopping from a country outside of Europe, such as the US, or from a non-EU member country, such as Norway
The VAT will be deducted from your order in the checkout and your product price will be exluding VAT.
When importing it to your country, you will be charged a customs fee which vary depending what country you are ordering to. Please check with your customs to learn about your fees
